02Information we collect

You can browse our product catalogue and News without submitting an inquiry. If you choose to contact us, we receive the details you provide:

  • Contact details: your name and email address, plus any company or other contact information you include in your message or direct correspondence.
  • Project details: your request, selected reference product, quantity, target date and any specifications, branding or delivery information you share.
  • Reference files: uploaded photos, drawings, documents or archives, including their filenames, file types and sizes. Files may contain personal information you place inside them.
  • Inquiry records: the page from which the request was sent, an inquiry reference, submission time and follow-up status.

The form requires a name, email address and project message so that we can respond. Quantity, target date and reference files are optional. Please share information relevant to your request and remove unrelated personal details from drawings or documents.

Our servers also receive connection information, including your IP address and the page requested. When an inquiry is submitted, the service uses an identifier derived from the IP address, email address and time window to limit repeated submissions and reduce abuse.

03How we use your information

  • Read and respond to your request, clarify specifications and prepare quotations or sample discussions.
  • Coordinate sourcing, production and delivery when you ask us to proceed with a project.
  • Maintain the inquiry record and related business correspondence.
  • Operate and protect the website, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and resolve technical problems.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and handle disputes or privacy requests.

Depending on the law that applies, processing may be based on taking steps you request towards a contract, performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation, or consent. Where applicable law permits legitimate interests, operating a secure website and managing business inquiries are relevant interests. Where consent is required, it must be obtained for the particular use and can be withdrawn.

Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list or authorize publication of your name, correspondence or confidential files in a project story. This website does not use your inquiry information for automated profiling or decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

04When we share information

Inquiry information is available to our team for handling your request. Website hosting, storage and email service providers may process information to deliver those services. When inquiry email notifications are enabled, the inquiry details and attachment filenames are sent to our operational inbox; uploaded files remain available through the protected inquiry system.

For a project you ask us to coordinate, relevant requirements may need to be shared with suppliers or production partners. Delivery arrangements may also require recipient and contact details to be shared with logistics providers. Sharing is limited to the information needed for the requested work, and any additional notice or consent required by applicable law must be addressed before that disclosure.

We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

05International handling

TOYUDA handles inquiries from its team in China. If you contact us from another country, your information will be received and handled in China. Email, hosting or communication providers may also process information in the countries where they operate.

The services involved depend on the channel you use and the arrangements for your project. Contact us if you need information about the recipients or processing locations for your request. Where a transfer requires additional notices, consent or safeguards under applicable law, these must be addressed before the transfer; sending an inquiry does not waive those requirements.

06Cookies and external services

The current public website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking scripts or embedded social-media widgets. The administration area uses an essential sign-in cookie to maintain an authorized staff session for up to seven days, or until sign-out or session expiry. It is not an advertising cookie.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the administration cookie prevents staff sign-in from working.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps links open external services. The map preview displayed in our footer is an image hosted on this website, rather than an embedded live map. Clicking an external link or contacting us through a third-party service subjects that interaction to the provider’s own privacy practices:

07Storage, security and retention

Inquiries are stored in our business inquiry system. Uploaded files are stored separately from public website images, and downloading them through the website requires an authorized administrator session. Access controls, file validation and submission limits help protect the service. No storage or transmission method can eliminate every security risk.

We retain inquiry records, correspondence and reference files for as long as needed to respond to the request, coordinate any resulting project, and meet relevant record-keeping or legal requirements. The retention period depends on whether the inquiry becomes an order, whether follow-up or a dispute is outstanding, and any required business or legal retention period.

The inquiry system does not currently delete records or uploaded files automatically after a fixed period. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed. If a legal requirement prevents deletion, we will explain the reason and applicable limits.

08Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, object to certain uses, obtain portable data, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests where that right applies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Some information may still be required to complete a request you want us to handle or to meet a legal obligation.

Send a privacy request

Email emily.huanyang@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Describe what you would like us to do and, if available, include your inquiry reference so we can locate the record.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. We will handle the request within the period required by applicable law and explain any reason it cannot be fully fulfilled.

09Children’s information

This website is intended for business buyers and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us so that we can assess the situation and remove it where appropriate.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or information-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Where applicable law requires additional notice of a change or fresh consent for a new use, we will provide it before that new use begins.

For questions about this policy, contact emily.huanyang@gmail.com.
