Choose the fitting

Split key rings, lobster clasps, ball chains and D-rings are options to discuss. Check the ring opening, direction of hang, clearance at the drilled hole and fit through the bag or strap. Confirm the fitting and finish on your project quote and sample.

Prepare the artwork

Send vector art and a separate cutline when available. For raster artwork, give the finished size and confirm the required resolution and bleed with the supplier. Mark where white ink should sit, which areas stay transparent and how the reverse should read.

For an illustrated character or anime-style standee, share artwork you are authorised to reproduce. Provide the upright and base as separate shapes so the supplier can review the tab and slot.

Questions before ordering

What is the minimum order?

The minimum depends on the design, print setup, fitting and packing. Send the quantities per artwork version so we can confirm the MOQ in your quote.

Can I approve a sample first?

We can coordinate a sample review for the proposed format. Agree whether the sample needs to show the actual artwork, hardware, insert fit or standee joint before ordering.

Can I mix designs in one order?

List the quantities for each design and any shared hardware or packaging. We can check which versions can be grouped and which need separate setup.

How long will a custom order take?

Confirm artwork approval, sample review, production and shipping separately. Share the required arrival date and destination so the quote can identify the schedule for your project.

Can I send a sketch before the artwork is final?

Yes. Send the shape, intended use and approximate size. We can review which cutline, artwork and print layers need to be prepared for a proof.
