About this format.
Send separate outlines for the upright and the base. Show the finished height, the base footprint and where the upright should sit. Include the front and back artwork if both sides will be visible. Mark any clear areas and the parts of the print that need white ink.
Review the slot and tab on a sample made to the proposed thickness. Tall or off-center artwork changes how the standee sits on a counter. Share the intended location and the space available for the base so those points can be reviewed before the order.
For a quote, list quantities by artwork and by matched set. Note whether the base needs its own print and whether you want the pieces packed together flat. For character designs, provide artwork you are authorized to reproduce.
