About this format.
Start with the finished size and a cutline. Mark the hole position and the parts of the design that should stay transparent. For two-sided artwork, include separate front and back files and show how the reverse should read. A white ink layer can be discussed where the design needs opacity.
Choose the hardware with the finished use in mind. Compare a split ring for keys with a clasp for attaching the charm to a bag. Review the hole clearance and hanging direction on the proof or sample.
For a quote, share your artwork, dimensions, quantities per design, hardware preference and packing requirements. Send a backing card layout if the keychain will be presented on one. TOYUDA coordinates the proof and quote with suppliers.
