About this format.
Specify the trimmed insert size and the visible window separately. Allow room around a face, border or logo that needs to stay in view when the card is seated. Show which edge should open and whether people will swap the card after receiving it.
Review the fit using the card stock or photo paper you plan to use. The assembled thickness, opening and ring position should leave space to slide the insert in and out. If you want frames and loose inserts packed together, specify how each set should be presented.
Send the frame shape, insert dimensions, paper thickness if known, quantities and packing format for a quote. State whether you need empty frames or want the inserts printed as part of the order.
