Ordering custom
acrylic products.
Product photos show possible formats. The final material, dimensions, finish, price and schedule are confirmed for each project. This guide answers the questions that apply across our catalog.

What should I send for a quotation?
Start with the product's intended use and approximate overall dimensions. Add a reference photo or drawing, target quantity, destination and required date. If you know the preferred color, finish, logo placement or packing method, include those too. An incomplete brief is fine; we can identify the missing decisions together.
Can I change the size, color or logo?
Many reference formats can be adapted, but the options depend on the design and production method. Send your artwork and mark the parts you want to change. We will review suitable materials, fabrication and branding methods before confirming what is practical for that product.
For the material decision, see cast and extruded acrylic. For artwork, see front and reverse printing.
Is there a standard minimum order or price?
There is no single minimum or price that applies to every item in this library. Size, material thickness, color, tooling, printing, quantity and packing can all affect the quote. Any quantities shown in past examples need to be confirmed in a current quotation.
Can I request a sample, and how long will it take?
Tell us whether you need a physical sample or a design review. Feasibility, sample cost and timing depend on the specification and production queue. We will confirm these details, along with any production schedule, in writing before the order proceeds.

How are shipping and payment arranged?
Share the destination and target arrival date so we can discuss a suitable delivery plan. Shipping method, trade terms, payment method and any sample-fee arrangement belong in the written quotation or order confirmation for your project.
Send what you have.
A product link, sketch or photo is enough to begin. Add dimensions, quantity and timing if you already know them.
