Specify a lash palette and glue stone as separate parts before ordering or replacing either one. The board, printed layout, stone and any cover or holder can have different dimensions, materials and supply terms.

Give the palette and stone separate component rows
Start a bill of materials with buyer reference IDs for the palette and round stone. These IDs organize the enquiry; they are not supplier part numbers or proof of interchangeability. Add a cover or holder only if it forms part of the selected proposal.
The catalog reference shows a palette with a separate round stone. Its historic URL contains the word free, but that does not establish a current free-accessory offer. Confirm included quantities and replacement supply in the quotation.
Identify whether the stone is loose, recessed or retained
Ask the supplier to identify the actual arrangement. A loose stone on a board, a stone located in a recess and an insert held in an opening need different interface records. Record the stone diameter, thickness and edge profile together with the matching feature on the board.
Keep unmeasured dimensions open. The overall board size does not establish the stone interface, and a similar round appearance does not prove that a replacement will sit or release correctly.
For an integrated palette, also mark the strip lines, tool positions and glue-holder area. Review hand access and possible interference without claiming that one layout improves adhesive performance.

Request care information by component
Confirm the composition of the board, stone, decoration and any retaining part separately. A green round component should not be identified as jade from colour or a historic product name alone.
Obtain compatible care instructions for each actual material and the adhesive products used in the professional workflow. A cleaning solvent suitable for one separate tile or stone may be unsuitable for acrylic, printing or an assembled joint. Do not transfer an instruction across those material boundaries.
Keep hygiene and adhesive-use requirements with the responsible professional and product instructions. A supply photo establishes neither disinfection suitability nor an adhesive working-time result.
| Buyer reference | Description | Information to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| P-01 | Palette board | Material, outline, printed layout and revision |
| S-01 | Separate round glue stone | Composition, diameter, thickness, edge profile and quantity |
| I-01, if used | Recess, opening or retaining feature | Matching dimensions, removal method and drawing revision |
| PK-01 | Individual set pack | Separation, protection, included parts and spare identification |
Approve replacement fit and packing as separate checks
Review a representative replacement against the intended palette revision. Record seating, access for removal and any interference with strip guides or tools. If the stone remains loose, agree how it will be separated and protected in the individual pack.
Connect component quantities to the assembled-set quantity and spare quantity. Record the version of the palette and matching stone interface on the order. A later change in thickness, edge shape or board opening should return to the compatibility review rather than reusing the old part label.

Specification questions
Can I order any round stone as a replacement?
Compare composition, diameter, thickness, edge profile and the actual board interface, then review the proposed replacement.
Does the product URL mean that the stone is currently free?
No. Confirm current inclusions, quantities and commercial terms in the project quotation.
