Plan magnetic lash palette with glue holder

Beauty brands and distributors can combine strip guides, magnetic tool positions and a bottle opening in one working palette. Match the cutout to the actual container shoulder and leave room for its cap and the user's fingers. Place the lash rows and logo only after that working layout is defined.

Construction and customization

Structure and access
A broad rectangular lash palette combines strip guides, magnetic tool positions and a bottle opening. The bottle is inserted from above, so the working layout must leave its cap accessible.
Material, thickness and finish
The pink decorated acrylic panel needs enough thickness around the bottle cutout and magnet recesses. Specify the residual wall beneath each magnet, its retention method and the print side.
Fit and use
Match the cutout to the actual bottle shoulder and cap, rather than its label diameter. A narrow ligament between the opening and panel edge can become a weak point.

What to review in a sample

Fit the selected bottle and tweezers, apply the intended lash backing and trial the working reach. Inspect magnet retention, cap clearance, guide readability and the remaining material around the cutout before approving the complete layout.

The reference shows the bottle opening and magnetic positions; bottle and tweezers illustrate the layout and are separate items. View the product gallery.

Questions for this format

Which bottle dimension determines the opening?

Measure the part of the bottle that passes through and rests against the cutout, including shoulder shape and cap access. A label diameter or bottle volume alone does not establish a secure fit.

Will the magnetic positions suit any tweezers?

Provide the actual tweezers and planned spacing. Review contact, retention and removal with those tools on the finished palette; material appearance and magnet count do not establish universal tool compatibility.

Can row guides and a brand logo be changed?

Yes. Provide separate guide and logo layers, mark the print side and keep them clear of the bottle and magnet positions. Use authorized artwork and approve the layout on a finished representative sample.
