100 display blocks: choosing the background before production

For a 25 × 12 × 2 cm retail-block brief, we compared black and clear design options. The agency buyer approved black acrylic, and later confirmed receipt of the sea shipment to Canada.

A logo can read very differently on black and clear acrylic. Compare the complete appearance before approving the production artwork.

Plan custom acrylic logo blocks

A solid custom acrylic block gives a logo a freestanding face on a counter or shelf. The gallery includes black, white and orange examples. Choose the background and viewing faces together so the artwork stays readable. For custom acrylic paperweights, also specify the finished weight and the surface the block will rest on.

Construction and customization

Structure and access
Solid logo blocks stand on their own lower edges, presenting a fixed printed face. They do not open for a replaceable paper insert.
Material, thickness and finish
Block thickness and depth determine the standing footprint and clear side appearance. Review opaque or transparent acrylic, print layers and edge finish against the selected logo orientation.
Fit and use
Very tall or narrow artwork can produce an unstable outline if cut to shape. Check the standing edge and readability with the actual logo, rather than scaling from a rectangular reference.
COMPARE BEFORE YOU QUOTE

Approve the logo on the selected block

A transparent block and a black block can show the same artwork differently. Review the chosen substrate and viewing face with the actual logo.

What to review in a sample

Compare the actual logo on the proposed background from the intended viewing positions. Check print direction, standing footprint and exposed edges. Match the approved drawing, artwork version, quantity schedule and individual pack label before release.

Black, white and orange logo-block examples show form and decoration; the displayed brands do not establish TOYUDA customer projects. View the product gallery.

Questions for this format

Can a logo block hold a replaceable photograph?

This reference is a solid display piece with fixed branding. Choose the two-panel magnetic photo block if the image needs regular replacement.

How should multiple logos or language versions be ordered?

Provide a version list with a unique SKU, artwork revision and quantity for each complete design. Supply both viewed faces if they differ, then check the sum against the order total and the packing labels.

What do the black-block project records show?

The records document their own artwork, receipt or reorder stages. Use them to understand the review process; dimensions, decoration and delivery status belong to the specific recorded project.
