Black or clear? A retail block, followed through to receipt.
We compared two visual directions for a 100-piece display-block brief, received approval for black acrylic and followed the sea shipment until the buyer confirmed receipt.

One logo, two very different backgrounds.
A print-agency buyer came to us in October 2021 with artwork for 100 retail display blocks. The initial brief gave a 25 × 12 × 2 cm format and asked for a mock-up, production timing and air-shipping costs.
The next exchange concentrated on appearance. The buyer referred to an earlier block and asked whether the effect came from clear acrylic with an engraved graphic or from a black background. We sent a side-by-side design comparison so the buyer could take both directions back to the client.
The distinction mattered before production: a material reference and a logo file were only the starting point. We needed agreement on the complete appearance of the block.
The black version moved forward.
In the November exchange, the buyer approved the black acrylic block and instructed us to proceed with production. The original artwork remained part of the project file, alongside the appearance comparison.
We coordinated this project through the agency. The logo shown in the drawings identifies the display artwork; the correspondence was with the agency buyer.

From approval to a reply from the buyer.
Production approved
The buyer confirmed the black version. We later supplied shipment tracking and described six cartons with a total weight of 75 kg.
Sea freight followed up
The shipment travelled by sea to Canada. We continued to answer delivery-status questions as the buyer waited for the final leg.
Receipt confirmed
After we checked whether the delivery had arrived, the buyer replied that the blocks had been received and looked great.
“I received them and they look great!”
The last update came from the customer.
This project gives us both an approval trail and a direct receipt confirmation. The brief began with an air-freight inquiry; the recorded shipment used sea freight. Keeping the transport choice visible helps explain the longer follow-up period.
For a similar block, we would bring the artwork, material appearance and shipping route into the same review before confirming the next production step.
