A gift-box inquiry starts with the right reference.
We shared colour and style references with a buyer in India, who requested individual samples ahead of a possible 250–300-piece order.
Colour was the beginning.
The sample was the next decision.
In September 2024, a buyer in India contacted us about acrylic gift boxes. We shared photographs of several styles and colours in our first reply and explained that custom requirements could also be discussed.
The buyer then sent preferred references and mentioned a possible order of around 250 boxes, later describing the requirement as around 300 pieces. Both numbers belonged to the inquiry stage.

From a broad category to individual styles.

We returned a style-by-style quotation and described stock availability, mixed-colour ordering and individual protective packaging. A separate round style in the quote was described as 15 cm in diameter and 9 cm high. Those dimensions applied to that option, rather than every box in the photographs.
When the buyer asked for a sample, we checked which pictured styles were wanted. The buyer requested one of each and asked to continue the discussion by phone and WhatsApp.
