Plan the model and its display base together

A clear lift-off cover sits on a separate presentation base, keeping the model visible from several sides. Size the enclosure around the complete model, including mirrors and aerials, and allow room above it to remove the cover.

Construction and customization

Structure and access
A rectangular clear cover lifts from a separate beige display base. Allow enough vertical space to remove the cover above mirrors, aerials and model-car mounting points.
Material, thickness and finish
Specify PMMA cover-wall thickness against span and visible seams, while identifying the base substrate separately. The beige finish does not establish wood or acrylic; optional plaques must clear the cover footprint.
Fit and use
Model scale is not a usable cavity dimension. Check the actual model and any fixing screws; there is no verified lock, seal or UV-protection treatment in this reference.

What to review in a sample

Mount the intended model on the agreed base and lift the cover vertically without contacting mirrors or aerials. Inspect the base interface, clear viewing faces and seams, then check how cover and base are supported and separated for shipping.

Questions for this format

Does model scale determine the case size?

Scale is a useful description but not a clearance dimension. Provide the actual model envelope with protruding parts, its display orientation and any base or mounting screws. These determine the usable internal space.

Is the beige base made from acrylic?

The reference image establishes its appearance, not the substrate. Identify the base material, surface finish and fixing method in the order brief separately from the PMMA cover specification.

Does the reference prove a dustproof or UV-filtering case?

No such rating is established by the photograph. Specify the protection you need so cover fit, gaps, material and any testing can be reviewed. The main image is a retouched stock reference, not a completed TOYUDA order.
