Plan the card and its insertion route

Retail counters, reception desks and service points can keep the holder in place while staff replace the printed card. The supplied portrait and landscape references show an angled display face with a folded insert pocket and integrated base.

Construction and customization

Structure and access
A folded clear acrylic pocket sits above an integrated angled base. The open edge provides the insert route. Portrait and landscape reference views are supplied.
Material, thickness and finish
Clear acrylic reference. Sheet grade, nominal thickness and bend geometry are selected for the requested face size and base footprint.
Fit and use
For indoor countertop information. Choose the principal reading direction, insert thickness and room to reach the open edge. Match the insert to the usable pocket, not the outside panel size.

How to change the insert

  1. Place the holder on a level counter with space beside its open edge.
  2. Slide a correctly trimmed paper or card insert into the folded pocket. Support the holder and keep the card flat.
  3. Check that the complete message is visible from the customer position. Remove the insert through the same accessible edge when the message changes.

What to review in a sample

Insert and remove the actual printed card without forcing it. Check whether the opening is accessible on the counter, whether the card sits square and whether the base remains stable during replacement.

Are A4 and US Letter the same holder size?

A4 is 210 × 297 mm and US Letter is 215.9 × 279.4 mm. Specify the actual insert format; the finished holder needs its own outside and usable-size drawing.

Can I order different artwork versions in one project?

Provide quantities by version, size and orientation. Shared construction, artwork, cards and packing are reviewed together before a project quotation.
