A magnetic acrylic sign holder lets staff open the panel set to change a printed message. Use the selected counter-base arrangement to define the panel size, clear border, insert thickness and where the display will stand.

Construction and customization

Structure and access
Two clear acrylic panels align at four corner magnetic fixing points. A separate counter base supports the upright panel set. Portrait and landscape reference views are supplied.

Clear acrylic panels and counter base with embedded magnetic fixing points. Panel and base thickness, magnet specification and assembly fit are reviewed for the selected size.
Fit and use
For indoor countertop menus and information. Reserve a clear border around the insert and magnetic points. Confirm whether the selected base is removable and which faces need to be read.

How to change the insert

  1. Support the holder on a level surface and open the removable panel at an accessible edge.
  2. Lay the trimmed insert inside the clear border, keeping paper away from the magnetic contact points.
  3. Align the panels and close them gently. Seat the panel set in its approved counter base and check that the message and reverse side appear as intended.

What to review in a sample

Open and close the actual panel set with the proposed insert. Check alignment, card movement, the clear border, panel support and the complete display on the intended counter.

Questions for this format

Are A4 and US Letter the same holder size?

A4 is 210 × 297 mm and US Letter is 215.9 × 279.4 mm. Specify the actual insert format; the finished holder needs its own outside and usable-size drawing.

Can I order different artwork versions in one project?

Provide quantities by version, size and orientation. Shared construction, artwork, cards and packing are reviewed together before a project quotation.
