Approve the sample before a custom bulk order, and agree the sample cost and approval scope together.
Use the right proof for each feature
A digital proof can confirm wording, position and layout. A physical sample lets you check clarity, bonded seams and feel. If the product must fit an assembly or carry a load, include physical checks for those requirements.
Separate sample making from sample transport
Calculate sample making and sample transport separately. For example, if a project quote allows 3–5 working days to make a printed sample after final artwork approval, transit still has to be added. This is an illustrative schedule; confirm the actual time and charges for your sample.
Record the approved version
Write down the sample version you approve. For example, after approving the dimensions and print on V2, a change from 3 mm to 5 mm needs a fresh review of the affected features. That record helps keep bulk production aligned with the current version.
