Five signs, and a thickness decision that mattered.
We reviewed the proposed thickness for five 12-inch counter signs, agreed the colour process with the buyer and coordinated a courier dispatch.
Could five large blocks stand on a desk?
The buyer asked for just five 12 × 12 inch acrylic signs, initially at half-inch thickness. The artwork came with the inquiry on 21 August 2025, together with a request for a quick turnaround.
Our first response addressed the intended use: at that face size, the proposed thickness might not be enough for a desk-standing sign. We also flagged the small quantity and suggested a more visible artwork colour.
The buyer accepted the thicker option. We then checked availability of nominal 25 mm clear sheet; the record contains no final thickness measurement or stability test.

A realistic colour agreement before printing.
A standard factory route was difficult for such a small run. We found an alternative maker, then explained the available printing process: UV output from the supplied artwork, rather than a guaranteed Pantone colour match.
The buyer accepted that proposal on 22 August. We had explained the colour limitation before the buyer approved the available process.

From approval to a courier update.
On 23 August, we reported that the blocks had been handed to the shipping company and sent the product views shown here. We sent a DHL tracking reference on 26 August.
For this five-piece request, we reviewed the proposed thickness, found a viable maker, agreed the printing method and kept the buyer informed as the pieces moved into shipment.
