PRODUCT DETAILS

Plan a slotted acrylic cap organizer for shelf displays

A linear slotted rack can organize several cap brims while leaving the crowns visible. Slot width, contact finish and space around the crowns determine whether the range is easy to remove and replace. Use actual cap samples to plan the layout instead of inferring a fixed capacity from the rack's outside length.

Construction and customization

Structure and access
A linear cap rack uses a row of slots or supports to organize cap brims. Crowns project away from the contact line and need free space behind or above it.
Material, thickness and finish
Specify acrylic wall or panel thickness together with slot width, edge rounding and support depth. Optional printed branding should stay clear of the brim contact surfaces.
Fit and use
Thick or strongly curved brims may not fit the same slot as flat caps. Trial a fully occupied rack and remove a middle cap without lifting adjacent pieces.

What to review in a sample

Load the actual cap range, remove and replace a middle cap and inspect contact with each brim. Check crown interference, rack stability and the agreed edge finish before reviewing protective separation in packing.

The linear support keeps cap brims in a row. Compare the spacing and crown clearance with the actual cap styles in the display. View the product gallery.

Questions for this format

Will curved and flat brims fit the same slots?

They may need different clearances or contact geometry. Provide the brim thickness and curvature of the actual range, then trial the narrowest and widest versions without forcing the material into a slot.

How many caps can the rack hold?

Count only the positions that fit the intended caps with enough crown and hand clearance. The listed outer dimensions do not establish a universal capacity for every brim shape.

What should be checked on the contact edges?

Review rounding, surface finish and any pressure on the brim during insertion and removal. Check a middle position in a fully populated rack, where adjacent caps can limit access.
