Construction and customization

Structure and access
Tall divided sections rise behind a projecting slotted front rail. The open body is loaded from above, while the rail accepts the selected small accessory from its own insertion direction.
Material, thickness and finish
The catalog format uses 3 mm clear PMMA walls and dividers with a 4 mm base. Rail thickness and slot width need a separate detail; logo printing should avoid the slot contact edges.
Fit and customization limits
A rail accessory can project beyond the nominal storage cells. Check its reach, interference with trolley edges and the remaining grip space around bottles before approving the compartment drawing.

What to review in a sample

Fill the main cells and fit the intended front accessory. Trial picking up each item from the working position and check that the rail clears the trolley edge and neighboring equipment.
